SURFACE PREPARATION:

Anchor Bolt Grouting: Anchor hole or other surface to which EPOXY.COM #150 POLYESTER GROUT is applied must be free of dust, oil, or any other contaminants. Holes drilled with diamond blade will not produce the best sidewall surface condition. For best results, use rotary type percussion equipment.

FLOOR TOPPING: Surfaces to received EPOXY.COM #150 POLYESTER GROUT must be clean, dry, sound, and free from any materials which might interfere with adheason. Sandblasting, acid etching, or scarification are recommended depending upon the surface to be covered.

MIXING:

At the jobsite, open Component "B" containing the filler/hardener. Begin mixing with an Mixing Paddle and slow-speed electric drill. Slowly pour Component "A", the resin, into Component "B". Mix to a uniform gray color, about 2-3 minutes. Add Component "C" and mix for 1-2 minutes. Pour immediately into bolt holes or frame.

APPLICATION:

Polyester Grout: Pour slowly and stop frequently to permit leveling. Slow pouring will also prevent air entrapment.

PACKAGING AND YIELD:

25 lb. unit = 20 lb. filler/hardener packaged in 3.5 gallon pail plus 1/2 gallon resin plus "C" Component yields 300 cu. in./.175 cu.ft.

50 lb. unit = 40 lb. filler/hardener packaged in 5 gallon pail plus 1 gallon resin plus "C" Component yields 600 cu. in./.350 cu.ft.

LIMITATIONS:

Product must be stored below 80°F to prevent polymerization of liquid and loss of activity of powder. The material has a limited shelf life of 3 months.

CAUTION:

LIQUID IS FLAMMABLE. CONTAINS STYRENE MONOMER. DO NOT USE NEAR OPEN FLAME OR WHILE SMOKING. AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN. CONSULT MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET PRIOR TO USING MATERIAL.
