Epoxy.com Product #685 MMA Polymer Crack Healer & Sealer DESCRIPTION EPOXY.COM PRODUCT #685 Liquid MMA Polymer is for injection repair or as a penetrating sealer on concrete. It is a two component Methyl Methacrylate resin system that polymerizes in place. The extremely low viscosity will penetrate into concrete cracks as fine as 0.003 inches. ADVANTAGES

Strength 12,000 psi 82.74 Mpa Linear Shrinkage 1% APPLICATION SURFACE PREPARATION: Concrete cracks to receive EPOXY.COM PRODUCT #685 (MMA) must be clean, dry and sound. The drier the concrete, the deeper the penetration into fine cracks. Clean cracks using vacuum or compressed air to remove debris from cracks. Compressors must employ inline traps or filters to prevent water or oil from contaminating crack MIXING: One 50 gram bottle of B Component is mixed with 1 gallon A Component. Open Component A and put Component B (initiator) paste into Component A container (one 50 gram bottle of B for each 1 gallon of A, or five 50 gram bottles of B for each five gallon unit of A). Mix for 2-3 minutes with a low speed drill and Epoxy.com -Mixing Paddle. After mixing, a slight amber color liquid polymer will form. APPLICATION:
LIMITATIONS Do not leave puddles which can cause slippery surface. To prevent slippery surfaces, broadcast dry silica sand or Epoxy.com Product #75 Filler. Do not apply to a damp or wet surface. Do not use below -20oF. COVERAGE Coverage depends on porosity of concrete, masonry or timber surface. 150 to 200 (1.03 - 1.38 MPa) square feet are the usual range normal. PACKAGING: 1 gallon (3.8 L) , 5 gallon (18.9 L) units or 54 gallon (204.4 L) drums. CAUTION: DANGER! FLAMMABLE! A Component contains Methyl Methacrylate. B Component contains Benzoyl Peroxide. Use only with good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of vapor. Prevent all contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. keep containers closed when not in use. FIRST AID IN CASE OF CONTACT: If contact with skin occurs, wash immediately with soap and water, and contact a physician. if contact with eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Call a physician. Wash clothing before reuse and discard contaminated shoes. WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, GOGGLES, GLOVES AND/OR BARRIER CREAMS. ESI warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of ESI. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement.
