Epoxy.com Product #702 Delineator &Traffic Marker & Dowel Bar and Anchor Bolt Adhesive DESCRIPTION PRODUCT #702 Delineator & Traffic Marker and Anchor Bolt Adhesive is a two component, 1:1 ratio, 100% solids, moisture insensitive epoxy resin system manufactured to bond delineators and traffic markers to median barriers, parapets, and roadways. Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 is a normal setting adhesive for use in temperatures above 50° F. PRODUCT #702 will bond to steel, concrete, and asphalt. Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 exceeds the requirements of AASHTO M237 Type IV .ADVANTAGES PRODUCT #702 is conveniently manufactured in a 1:1 mix ratio, for easy mixing and proportioning. * Gel Time and Bond Strength results comply with AASHTO M237 Type IV PACKAGING PRODUCT #702 is available in 2 gallon, 10 gallon and 100 gallon units.COVERAGE When used neat, a 2-gallon unit of Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 will cover approximately 100 square feet at a 15 mil thickness. When used as a mortar, a 2-gallon unit of PRODUCT #702 mixed with 2 gallons by volume of PRODUCT #75 Filler will yield approximately 785 cubic inches of mortar. SURFACE PREPARATION For best results, areas to receive Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 should be free of laitance, grease, oil, and any other contaminants, which would inhibit bond. Sandblasting, waterblasting, or wire brushing for surface preparation are recommended. MIXING Mix PRODUCT #702 for approximately 3 minutes in a clean pail, using a slow speed drill and an Epoxy.com-Mixing Paddle. To obtain a mortar, add Product #75 Filler slowly while continuing to mix. Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 may be used with automatic dispensing equipment utilizing a static mixer head. Heating the material will lower viscosity to allow easier placement. Heating will speed set time and cure. COVERAGE:There are 231 cubic inches to a gallon. So you will get about 25.6 square feet per 1/16 inch of thickness. LIMITATIONS Epoxy.com PRODUCT #702 should not be used when surface temperatures are below 40 ° F. CAUTIONS "A" Component: WARNING! Contains epoxy resin. May cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Avoid inhalation of vapor. Use good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed. Prevent contact with skin or eyes.
